That's right, folks, I got hitched. Jonnathan and I were married in Key West on Wednesday, June 13 in an almost unfathomably snag-free ceremony/reception. Nothing went wrong, everything was on time to the minute, which I attribute the fact that I am and always was the antithesis to the hyper and psychotic bridezillas of the world. We had a great time during our stay in Key West and, most importantly, our families got a chance to get to know each other and have a blast together. I've got over 700 photos of the trip and tons more professional photos of the wedding that I'll be receiving in the coming weeks, so I'll be sure to share them with you all when I get them.
Jonnathan and I wasted no time after getting home super late on Friday--we've been moving into our new, quiet, freshmen-free apartment since Saturday. Three days later, we're still moving stuff. Almost done! And we leave for our honeymoon in Spain on June 30. Busy, busy! I miss you all and hope you're doing well!

Amanda that is So Awesome!!!! Sorry I haven't checked the blog lately. I did plan on doing other activities this summer, but I haven't quite done everything there is possible to do on Second Life. Although I have gotten poetry published in a virtual magazine and I am making tattoos and clothing, dancing and going to parties, visiting metal clubs and virtual poetry readings, constructing and decorating houses and furniture, parachuting out of cannons and such. Recently I attended virtual Black Sabbath and Cradle of Filth Concerts. Still, I haven't opened my own shop yet, but I have scouted locations… Soon my virtual inventory will be large enough with my own creations.
I become addicted quickly to every new computer thing and there is only so much one can do with blogs. With Second Life, I become consumed and lost to reality for days… unshaven and pale. My own house is falling apart in the real world while my avatar visits with friends in their houses, friends from Italy, Spain, Belgium, Japan and Germany. I have found a translator on Second life called the Babbler which can be configured to nine different languages. I check the world clock on my cell in order to get an idea of who will be on next. Since I am an insomniac, it makes it a hell of a lot easier.
Please have some fun for me. Go outside while everything is still green and alive. After all, it will be getting cold again in a few weeks.
